POST GAME REPORT

Barcelona v.s Arsenal.

Barcelona dominate a clearly weaker Arsenal side, going down to 10 men after Maicon's red card in the 46 minute, Barcelona still go on to get 55% possesion and five times as many shots as Arsenal. Steven Gerrard, Sergio Ramos and Francesco Totti, led Barcelona confidently to their victory at home ground. Totti plotted his first of the campain 15 minutes into the match which was like a dagger into the heart of an already unconfident Arsenal side. Barcelona will surely hold their heads high for their next fixture, March 21 when they will host a strong Chelsea side.

Barcelona v.s Chelsea

Barcelona prevail agaisnt an extrely strong defensive Chelsea squad. Both teams fell in to the 0-0 hole the entire game, where one defence would do well and then the other would, and back and fourth, until the 82' minute came around. Camp Nou erupted when Emmanuel Adebayor popped in a beautiful turn around volley from a brilliant chip off teammate Francesco Totti's boot. Before Barcelona supprters could even calm down, Adebayor sloted his second of the evening home with a sweet header to the far side neting. Chelsea pulled one back but the Barcelona defence held strong to conserve that 2-1 lead.

Inter v.s Barcelona

Barcelona literally blew an weak, tired Inter Milan squad with an astounding 5-1 victory. "Lots of production from ou key players, that's what won it." quoted Barcelona manager Federico Montilla, "Had we not had lone striker Emmanuel Adebayor for this match we wouldn't have won, honestly, he was the main reason. He was holding the ball up well, his shots were top class and he just performed. I was highly impressed. When asked how he felt his squad did, Jose Mourinho replied saying, "Pathetic, just pathetic. that's all I have to say about these children."
